Dark Desires Sensual Fair & Fetish Ball features high-quality independent vendors from all over the West Coast. IMPORTANT: Products, services and information are expected to be adult oriented towards sex, kink, and BDSM, but must be legal in California. Any vendor found to be selling a product that is illegal or NOT listed on their application, faces immediate expulsion from the event without a refund. For sales booths, at least 75% of your products should be directly related to the themes of BDSM, kink, alternative relationship styles, and/or sex. 

VIBE: Dark Desires creates an event that pushes the attendees to test their inner sexual limits while feeling safe enough to do so. This event is meant to be sexy in all of it’s legal and consensual forms, and not just in conventional ways. Suggestions for product themes can include: BDSM styles and practices; kink styles and fetishes; humor is always welcomed; food products that encourage sensuality; artisan sex toys; your art as greeting cards for BDSM relationships. This event is welcoming to all sexualities, gender expressions and adult relationship styles. You can expect attendees to be dressed provocatively, however the running rule is, “no nips, no lips, no tips.”

Volunteers are an integral part of making this event a success and we don’t take your commitment to working with us lightly. In return for your service (wink wink), you will get free entry to the entire event, as well as an event t-shirt. Returning volunteers will also receive a 50% discount code for one additional ticket (excluding VIP)- ticket access for this is guaranteed, regardless of event sell-out.

This event is meant to be sexy in all of it’s legal and consensual forms, and not just in conventional ways. This event is welcoming to all sexualities, gender expressions and adult relationship styles.

All Presentations are expected to be at least 20 minutes in length and no longer than 30 minutes.

Presenters can work independently or in a small group. Question and answers periods are welcome, but must fall within your 30 minute window. Assume most of your target audience is in the beginner category of BDSM and kink. Audience participation is welcomed on a limited basis- non-negotiated impact is NOT allowed. Presentation styles can include a “how-to” demonstration, a panel of experts on a particular topic, or even a Ted talk style.

This event is DESIGNED to be sexy, titillating, erotic and more. We are looking for performers and performances that are related to things such as: sex, sexuality, alternative relationship styles, BDSM, kink, sensuality, burlesque, stripping, etc. 

Dark Desires is a sex-positive, body-positive, sexuality-positive, relationship-positive, gender-positive, and is generally about creating an all-around positive place for consensual goodness between adults.
